Dr. Pfeiffer is a founding partner of Therapy Bridges. Beth has worked clinically with children and adults with sensory processing differences and developmental needs for over 25 years. She is committed to high quality therapy with stakeholder engagement and parent support embedded in all of her services. She is also an Associate Professor in the Department of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences and the Director of the REACH lab at Temple University.
Nicole Romanczuk is an Occupational Therapist who graduated from Temple University in 2021. She completed her level IIB fieldwork at Therapy Bridges before going on to work for them. Nicole loves seeing her clients progress toward their goals! In her free time, she enjoys hiking, trying new foods, and seeing live music.

She holds a PA license in Speech, the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence, and PA teaching certificate. Tina's employment history includes working adult inpatient and pediatric outpatient care at Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital, as well as multiple nursing homes. The last 14 years she has been an independent contractor focusing on school age children. Tina's areas of expertise include speech/language diagnostics; therapeutic remediation of speech/language disorders specific to articulation, fluency, pragmatics, language processing, and expressive and receptive language skills; and consultation with parents and interdisciplinary team members. Tina was a homeschool mom for 10 plus years and lived in Brussels, Belgium with her family for two years. She is currently in love with her grandson and the game of Pickelball.

In 2003, she earned her Bachelor and Master of Health Science Degrees in Occupational Therapy from Misericordia University. Heather began her career as a therapist in 1998, working in a preschool setting and then transitioned to practice in early intervention and private practice in 2003. Heather was one of the originating founders of Therapy Bridges, LLC in 2009. Currently, she works with children ages’ 5-21 providing school based and private therapy services with a focus on sensory integration, executive functioning, and handwriting skills. Heather has experience providing services to children in public, private, cyber charter school, and Waldorf educational settings throughout the Lehigh Valley. She enjoys blending her love of art into daily occupational therapy practice. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids, and mini labradoodle. During warm months, you will find her paddle-boarding, bike riding, exercising, and enjoying nature.

Jennifer graduated from Temple University with a B.S. in Occupational Therapy in 2000. She received a master’s degree in occupational therapy in 2009 with a specialization in pediatrics and sensory processing. She received her certificate in sensory processing disorders in 2005. She has been working in pediatrics for over 13 years in schools, early intervention, and outpatient clinic settings. She is trained in using the therapeutic listening program, handwriting without tears program, SOS and AEIOU feeding programs, treatment tools for executive functioning skills, and vision treatment. She is certified to teach Handwriting Without Tears program to teachers and therapists. Jennifer is also certified in performing the Sensory Integration Praxis Test. She is participating in a journal publication for AOTA, which will be published this October 2012. Jennifer has experience lecturing teachers, parents, and therapists on SI and sensory processing. Jennifer is happily married and lives in Allentown with her family. She is the mother of a toddler named Elizabeth, who was born weighing one pound, nine ounces. She enjoys camping, boating, swimming, and being physically active with her family. Jennifer also enjoys travelling in the states and internationally.

She has more than 20 years of experience working with children with developmental differences. Rhonda works in early intervention and with school aged children. Rhonda is also a Clinical Researcher with Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network.

Terre Moyer is a graduate from Kutztown University with a BS in communication disorders. She has been working in early intervention and with school-age children for over 30 years. She also has experience working with deaf and hard of hearing children and teaching sign language. Terre’s employment history includes teaching speech and language to small and large groups at the Hillside School for 10 years. She did both outpatient and homebase therapy with Easter Seals for 30 years. She also worked with Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit. She is currently an independent contractor also with Sunrise Pediatrics, working with 0- to 5-year-old and school-age children. Terre’s therapeutic experience includes evaluating, writing goals and treating children with autism, expressive and receptive language delays, articulation delays, fluency disorders, processing and pragmatic delays, deaf and hard of hearing children, apraxic, dyslexic and children with down syndrome. When enjoying time off she likes to visit her children and grandchildren in California and West Virginia. She also enjoys art, puzzles, gardening and reading a good book.
